Identify the actual destination
PIK is the familiar abbreviation for Pantai Indah Kapuk, but people also use it loosely for nearby developments. Gold Coast apartments and hotels near PIK Avenue are different destinations. Keep the official property name and verify the map pin. If your accommodation is in PIK2, use its own address instead of substituting a North Jakarta location.
Prepare details for your type of stay
For an apartment, identify the correct tower. For a hotel, enter the hotel where you are staying rather than a nearby shopping centre. For a house, check the street and entrance. Add a floor or unit number when useful. Ask reception or management about outside visitors and any registration before arranging the visit.
Get the appChoose the treatment and booking method
Browse the treatments and durations currently offered in MASAJI. Decide whether you prefer a full-body session or focused relaxation, then choose a start time. System matching arranges a therapist who accepts the request. Choosing yourself means selecting from applicants after submitting it. A displayed profile alone does not guarantee availability for your destination and time.
Review the quote and order status
Check the service fee, transport charge, any applicable night fee and discount before submitting. Use the current quote rather than assuming a published flat rate. A submitted request, operational follow-up and therapist acceptance are different events. Follow the actual order status. After service, pay the therapist directly using the amount confirmed in your order.
Use an available official download route
The download area on the MASAJI website shows the channels available for your phone. A channel marked as being prepared will provide a link when ready. Existing users can enter their visit address in the app. Read the PIK2 guide to identify the correct area, the Gold Coast guide for apartment preparation, or the address guide to check your map pin and saved destination.
Common questions
Does MASAJI cover every address in PIK?
Check your exact address, treatment, time and available therapists in the app. The area name alone does not establish availability.
Can I use PIK Avenue as my address?
Use the actual hotel or home as the visit address. A shopping-centre landmark can support directions but does not replace it.
Must the visit address be my current location?
No. Enter where the service will take place and confirm that you can receive the therapist there at the selected time.
