Use the landmark for orientation, the hotel for booking
PIK Avenue is in Pantai Indah Kapuk; the developer describes connections to Swissôtel Jakarta and Mercure PIK. These names help identify the area when finding your accommodation. For the booking, enter the full name of the hotel where you are staying and check its map location, rather than selecting the shopping-centre entrance or simply writing near PIK Avenue.
Ask reception a specific question
Ask whether a guest may arrange an outside massage provider to visit the room and, if permitted, what registration and reception steps apply. This is clearer than asking generally about bringing a friend. A hotel having its own spa does not answer the question. Policies can differ between properties and accommodation arrangements, so another guest’s experience is not sufficient confirmation.
Get the appPlan around check-in and your itinerary
Make sure you can access the room and allow the full treatment time before selecting a start. Flights, meals and meetings may run late; avoid a narrow gap before check-out, a transfer or another event. Travel estimates do not promise arrival. Explain any firm finishing time or need to meet the therapist downstairs before confirmation, and prepare suitable space.
Check availability using the real destination
Choose treatment, duration, time and hotel location in MASAJI, then review matching or selecting from applicants. Add room or entrance details when needed through the booking, not a public article or review. Being near PIK Avenue does not establish current availability. The actual address, a therapist able to accept and suitable reception arrangements must all align.
Review costs and official access
Check service, transport, any applicable night fee and discounts in the current quote. A hotel spa tariff or another destination’s quote does not determine this order. Pay the therapist directly after service using the confirmed amount. The official website shows available app channels for your phone. Related hotel, PIK and first-booking guides explain the remaining steps.
Common questions
Is PIK Avenue itself a hotel?
No. It is a shopping-centre landmark. Use the actual hotel name and map location for a visit.
What if several hotel names look similar?
Use the official name on your accommodation confirmation and check the street and map pin. Nearby landmarks help with orientation, but the destination should identify your hotel.
What if my hotel does not permit outside services?
Respect its rules. Do not arrange unauthorised entry; check availability again for another suitable destination that permits the visit.
